Job summary:
The incumbent will work as a Talent Acquisition partner for their stakeholders in consulting to help & build their
Manpower. The goal is to ensure that the TA’S team’s efforts align with the business’ Hiring needs and
priorities.Once the consultation process is over, the incumbent will be responsible for the Recruitment Process.
TA Partnerwill collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring
needs.
Major Accountabilities (duties may include but are not limited to)
Understand recruiting demand and required skills within area of responsibility. Should be involved in
IT and Non-IT recruitment Process.
Sourcing Profiles through various channels (Portals, Social Media, Job Boards, Employee Referrals &
Campuses)
Validate the sourced profiles by preliminarily evaluating all the relevant details according to the
recruiting requirements.
Schedule & Coordinate interviews. Conduct interviews Plan and implement recruiting events and
sourcing activities. Should be able to Organizing Weekend drives
ConductingEmployeeReferralprogramwiththeobjectiveofhighestproportioninrecruitingmix.
Maintain the database as per the skills, experience. Build in ATS tool &sustain the network of
potential candidates
Provide Market study report on the information to recruiting leadership update and utilize recruiting
databases and tools
Closing Position within the TAT. Providing regular status reports of Screen applications and select
candidates at All levels.
Ensure all paperwork’s are received and complete the process while closing the positions.
Post offer follow up until onboarding.
Instrumentalbyparticipating thePre-Onboarding (POB)
forNewhiresbysuccessfulcoordinationwithTeam.
Completing NewJoiners Onboarding Documentation forIndiaemployees.
Administrateempanelingnewrecruitment vendors and renewal for existing vendors.
Plan, coordinate and track recruitment activities with the vendors. Ensure constant communication
across vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
Maintainingemployeebackgroundverificationactivities.
Qualifications and Experience
Master of Business Administration in Human Resources, or any related area, with at least 7– 12years of
experience in Recruitment Process
Sound knowledge and experience in Recruitment process, Headhunting. Experience in handling Employee
referral profiles among internal and external candidates.
Experience in Campuses / Volume Hiring.
Strong understanding of IT technologies. Well versed with making Boolean search strings.
A strategic mindset and approach towards creating New recruitment strategies and High standard levels.
Foster long-term relationships with candidates.
A passion for the talent development domain as well as robust networking and stakeholder management
skills.
Proven ability to creatively solve problems through business insight, negotiation, tact, and diplomacy.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to direct and report out on multiple projects, priorities,
schedules, and deliverables with quality.
A proven track record of Hiring Process.
Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing needs and circumstances.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, ppt, excel), ATS, Onboarding Tools etc.
