Lead the process design, document and maintain systematic rule repository along with best practices notes.
·Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
·Create detailed requirements documents and translate into functional specifications.
·Performs feasibility analysis, scope projects, and work with project management teams to prioritizes deliverables, and negotiate product functionalities.
·Participates in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing.
·Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team.
·Own and develop relationship with partners and work with them to optimize and enhance integration.
·Partner with multiple teams to develop overall solution design, costing and business case
·Communicate key insights and findings to the product team.
·Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer (User Experience Analysis).
·Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of the client and the organization.
·Work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback relative to the service, function and/or product.
·Use data modelling practices to analyse findings and deliver recommendations for strategic and operational improvements.
·Identify processes, technology, and potential risks attached to recommendations.
·Gain agreement, usually from senior management, of the best method of introducing recommendations to the business.
·Communicate the benefits of the recommendations across departments and take lead to address if any uncertainty and concern.
·Produce written documentation to support the work, report on the findings and to present to the stakeholders when necessary.
·Support the staff and teams in making recommended changes, including assisting in RCA and issue risk mitigation preparation.
·Ensure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluation.
·Monitor and control scope creep as well as manage changing requirements.
·Maintain collaboration and core understanding to avoid any type of rework.
·Share knowledge and learnings from past project experience.
·Serve as business architect, core requirements architect, BA mentor.
·A high level of mathematical and statistical ability
The ability to analyse, model and interpret data
