The ideal candidate should be a business driver – winning and managing partners. The role is to manage one of the emerging Fintec clients portfolio in Australia. Experience in managing business relationships and partnership marketing is an added advantage. In this role, you are expected to be a relationship champion, create strategy for partner acquisition and work with cross border teams to manage partner nurturing programs. You will manage the relationship and execute various marketing programs for the partners in Australia.


• Ownership of partner acquisition, activation, ongoing nurturing and account Management
• Work in collaboration with the partners and jointly run customer centric campaigns, offers and business revenue
• Work with offshore team for production of weekly, biweekly reports and derive action plans based on the state of the marketing programs
• Daily monitoring of the tasks across various operational marketing activities o Lead funnels for various campaigns and work towards moving the leads to the next level
o Manage existing partners and grow the portfolio
o Research and insights on country trends and continuously update the internal teams and client level stake holders
• Good knowledge of the partner marketing and skill to build B2B relationship
• Action-oriented, and enjoys the challenges of a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
• Strong communication skills, works well in a team setting
• Strong willingness to learn and grow independently, has an owner/builder mentality
• Strong entrepreneurial drive and be resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
• A good experience in Excel, Word and Powerpoint is a plus
• Good understanding of technology and concepts within the digital, data, analytics and platform domain
