Job Responsibilities
Key Deliverables as an HRBP

  • Build relationships with senior business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people related strategy and execution.
  • Consult with leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change in the business
  • Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue. Design and quickly implement simplified solutions leading to overall organization effectiveness
  • Work with a cross-functional SME team to create useful propositions for your business in the following areas: talent acquisition, career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee connect, learning & development, recognition programs and rewards
  • Use and request data strategically – identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organizational health and take informed decisions regarding succession planning and career growth
  • Devise deep connects and understanding of people in the business to maintain a healthy pool of talent and succession for all critical roles

Key Deliverables as a Comp & Ben specialist

  1. Act as a subject matter expert in the area of Compensation and Benefits
  2. Participate & interpret various market compensation & benefits surveys, come out with competitive & employee-friendly C&B practices & policies.
  3. Plan, develop and implement various compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures for the organization.
  4. Ensure that the C&B structure and policies are in alignment with the company’s goals and the industry’s competitive practices
  5. Own and drive the Annual Appraisal Cycle
  6. Support the Talent Acquisition with Job evaluation and Recruitment fitment guidelines
  7. Contribute to special HR projects as and when needed

What specific skills and traits should this person possess
Skills Required

  • Strong HR experience across talent management, employee engagement & retention and Compensation and Benefits domain
  • Should be comfortable with ambiguity; should display a knack for problem-solving
  • Should be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a complex set of stakeholders to drive organizational change
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence key partners; gets results through collaboration
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to tell a story with insights and trends
  • Ability to work in teams, as both a lead and a supporting team member
  • A skilled facilitator, able to navigate tough conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Resourceful, self-motivated and able to independently manage a high volume workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • An overall exposure of 6 to 9 years in HR Ops, HRBP and C&B

Educational Qualifications

  • MBA-HR from a premier institute
