Job Overview
TE Connectivity’s Financial Planning & Analysis Teams develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control. They perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. They gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. The Financial Planning & Analysis Teams also perform economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.

Finance Planning and Analysis role to enable business to achieve profitable growth by regular analysis and provide insights

  • Driving Financial performance and metrics across the business verticals and plant.
  • Working closely with the India Controller and BU head to monitor and regulate performance , analyses results , suggest corrective measures .
  • Be the Analytical ‘to go to person’ in terms of business performance, both historical and future trends.
  • Drive cost improvements, cash flow improvements and Product margin analysis.
  • Be the global linkage for all budgeting and forecasting processes and work with the BUs to provide timely information and clarification.
  • Work with multifunction groups , BU heads , India Controller and Functional Heads , to drive Strategy and strategic Planning for the segment.
  • Play pivotal role in establishing and monitoring the Operation mechs, drive sensing calls, quarterly and monthly business reviews.
  • Support internal and External Audits with business forecast and insights.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow statements for all the legal entities. Review long-term funding requirements based on business plan and work with Treasury for funding.

Desirable Candidate:

  • CA with additional qualifications like ICWA and MBA
  • 3-4 years of experience in all facets of finance with main focus on reporting, analysis of large data in a complex business set-up.
  • Experience in working with Global companies with a matrix organization and sales turnover of 500 crores and above preferred
  • Excellent Presentation and communication skill, Strong Analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in SAP.
